Mass Officer Resigns After Investigation Revealed Previous Investigation For Sexual Misconduct


A police officer who left his previous job at a university police department after being accused of sexually assaulting a student has now resigned from his post at the Blackstone Massachusetts Police Department, Walter Wuthmann reports for WBUR

David Laudon’s previous resignation from his position as a campus police officer at UMass Dartmouth while being investigated for allegedly sexually harassing and groping a 20-year-old was reported as part of a WBUR investigation that uncovered multiple Massachusetts police officers who relocated to new departments in the state after being fired or investigated for alleged misconduct.
