Georgetown University Center On NatSec Picked To Lead War Crime Investigation Effort

The Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group, created in May by the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union to assist in investigating and prosecuting war crimes during Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine, announced that the Georgetown Law Center on National Security will lead the advisory group’s coordination efforts, the center announced in a statement.

“The scale of war crimes committed in Ukraine is horrific and ongoing, and the work of securing justice for the victims is urgent. We have to do our part to show the world that the law matters,” Anna Cave, Executive Director of the Center for National Security, said in the release.
